Construction method

1. First, the ground shall be completely cleaned, and the dust on the ground shall be cleaned up, so as not to leave dust. If water is to be used for scouring treatment, construction must be carried out every other day, and ensure that the ground is free of water or excessive humidity.

2. Separate the sand removal agent on the ground. Stir evenly, scrape or roll coating on the ground, and repeat the construction twice, with an interval of 2 hours. * it should be noted here that in case of serious local sand, it is necessary to brush again. The number of times and amount of brush repair are determined according to the site conditions. For places with serious material separation or rapid penetration, it is necessary to supplement materials in time to ensure its penetration and infiltration. Generally, there is less seepage at places with high surface density and more seepage at places with low surface density. Therefore, it shall be handled differently during construction. The main points are: the first time: hanging, the second time: rolling coating, and the third or fourth time brushing.

3. Curing: the ground sanding treatment agent can only be used 24 hours after construction.

4. For the repair treatment of damaged ground, some uneven ground caused by peeling and removal after repair due to previous damage, or uneven phenomenon caused by other reasons, shall be repaired after the above procedures are completed.

The specific construction method of floor repair is to use the ground sanding curing agent, high-grade cement and sand. It shall be prepared in the ratio of 1:5. The uneven area shall be filled, compacted and leveled in batches. After it is dry and hard, it can be treated with the ground sanding agent.

Combined construction of other materials: if there are other construction plans for the surface layer of the ground, only the ground sanding treatment agent can be applied and cured, and the construction operations such as painting and epoxy ground construction can be carried out on it. The construction method can be arranged according to the performance of materials.

Dosage: 1. Wear resistant or mechanically tight surface: 0.15-0.2kg/m2. 2. Ground with serious sand: 0.2-0.4 kg / m2.
